Older, clean, and friendly place...

Liked: This is a great and economical place to stay. The one room in the corner was so nice and quiet I slept like a baby. The rooms can be on the smaller side, but I don’t come to stay in the room my entire stay. It works great did me, clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to any needs or concerns. Definitely recommend. And the restaurant is awesome to have right there too . Good food, friendly staff.

It was my 1st time...

Liked: I was looking for a lower cost option for staying in the Deadwood area. I was not concerned about location so choose an option of staying off the "main" strip. Having the restaurant close was a bonus, the food was delicious, and the staff were very pleasant. The room was standard size, bathroom was a little small but was in no way a deal breaker and the room itself was fantastic. Bed was super comfortable, and I got much needed rest I was looking for on my weekend getaway!
Disliked: Bathrooms were a little small. It wasn't an issue with me, but I could see people traveling with kids finding the lack of room problematic if staying for multiple days.

Liked: It was in a very good location room was super clean and staff were amazing and helpful!
Disliked: My only complaint was the bed was a little too soft for my liking but other than that everything was amazing!
