Liked: loved the honeymoon suite! very spacious and was right above the pool.
Disliked: the shower in the suite did not have a stopper for the water. so while it was a nice shower, the splashing of the water all over the floor was not pleasant.

Liked: Very Nice people and nice rooms. Trolley comes right to door which is great.
Disliked: Very thin walls and door. Can hear everything. The juice dispenser was really gross and hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Liked: The room was clean, beds comfy. Staff was all very nice.
Disliked: I booked the family suite and prepaid. I was taken to a room that was clearly not a suite. She said the big rooms were already occupied and that's what sometimes happens when you book with a 3rd party like booking.com. I said that moving to a regular double queen room was disappointing, but we would do it, but I need to be compensated the price difference in rooms. The lady said "good luck getting money back from Booking". I said that they had done the room down grade, so they should comp me. She said she would do it "manually" the next morning and I never saw a person at the desk after that.We had the "hot breakfast" at the fireside lounge one time. It was expensive and cold.

Liked: The gaming variety! Very friendly and oustanding staff! Very tentative to your beverage needs, and caring Between the staff members and the friendly guest we made alot of freinds! The food!!! Boston's was so amazing and very convenient! The staff is very efficient and you can tell they care about what they are putting out and are proud of there job! Also the smoking lounge was so warm and comfy in the negative degree weather!
Disliked: I wish there was a bigger hot tub. Kinda alot of space for a small tub.
