Quiet and classy hotel in...

Liked: Lovely little hotel in a quiet location but easy to access to all areas of Amsterdam from, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable with nice furnishings (cushions featuring famous Dutch art etc.), shower was excellent. Only had breakfast once as seemed quite expensive but it was nice, mostly continental style as to be expected although option to have eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The bar area is very welcoming and the honesty bar is a nice touch, good selection of Dutch beers available! Would stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast for children was only about €3 cheaper than that for adults, which isn't much of a concession!

Liked: Location, amenities, staff, comfort of the room, excellent breakfast!
Disliked: We thought the bathtub shower in the apt was dangerous for older people like us as it had no grab bars and was difficult to get out of when wet.
