Disliked: The staff were rude and unhelpful. We paid for an exec room and there was nothing exec about it

Liked: Nice place really nice food beautiful setting.morning staff really helpful and happy.
Disliked: bar staff in the evening seemed to have had a bad day. need to remember guests are important coffee machine was broken againbar had run out of some drinks. no non slip mat in bathsee through blind in bathroom

Disliked: First room we were checked into had two big cracks in the bathroom sink. When reported to reception they didn’t know about it. The damage was enough that whoever cleaned the room should have reported it. Found it difficult to believe it had not been reported before. The second room had some old damage in the bath. We were advised that next year the bathrooms were being refurbished.
