Liked: Beautiful hotel with a lovely ambiance
Disliked: The beds and pillows were rather hard,

Overall we were disappointed with...

Liked: The food was very good.
Disliked: The hotel is very tired and in urgent need of updating. The staff, whilst understanding are under pressure the whole time due to the sheer size of the hotel and are struggling to cope.

Lovely venue and helpful staff.

Liked: Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff, nice little swimming pool
Disliked: Bar prices a bit high, room looked a little worn, damage to bath plughole, but nothing major
