Disgusted with the aftercare of...

Liked: the food was good.location good
Disliked: The cleaning staff entered our room 3 times within 48 hours without permission. I was in the room, undressed. This made myself and my partner really uncomfortable . There are rules in which staff enter a room(knock 3 times and make yourself known) and the staff on these two days took cleaning ahead of schedule above guest care or safety. They entered a (much smaller than advertised! pictures used in the booking process were of much bigger rooms) The staff were less than 2m from my legs upon entry....When I book a room(especially over a weekend) in a hotel I expect privacy and to feel safe. This objective was not met and honestly for the price I am astounded.I have been offered no reconciliation and had no response since I left the hotel over a week ago, visably upset.And to top it all off, we had to properly clean the bath before we used it! hairs and rust everywhere.would not recommend.

nice place but the smell...

Liked: the hotel service was excellent and superhelpful. the area is beautiful. If someone wants to relax, this is the hotel for you. If I'm in the area I'll definitely go back there. but to another room.
Disliked: they only serve breakfast until 9.30. but that wasn't what outraged me. the smell in my room (48) was unbearable. At first I thought it was damp, but it was the smell from the toilet. I was afraid my clothes would get soaked in it. something needs to be done about it.

Disliked: Corporate, QR code link for information on the hotel provided little information. Asked for quiet room ~ walls very thin & room doors very heavy so not that quiet.
