Great value with comfortable rooms...

Liked: The room was comfortable and had a large bathroom. Good location and fantastic breakfast. Best breakfast we have had at a hotel. Very pleasant and professional staff. We liked how quiet the room was as well. You can walk to the main museums but there are no restaurants or bars in the area, which is a bit of a drag.
Disliked: We could not get our room key to lock the door even though after asking more than once someone showed us how to use it. We thought that might be a bit better and more user friendly.

A great, comfortable place to...

Liked: Quiet, nice neighborhood close to central attractions. The terrace in our room was great. Breakfast without exaggeration, but you can eat well.
Disliked: The hotel could be a block closer to the center, it was a bit difficult to find upon arrival. But nothing is easy to find in Florence :)
