Liked: Service from hotel, location and food were very good.
Disliked: The room temperature was cold…and couldn’t change temperature. There was air conditioner but maybe capacity if heating was not enough for that room size.

Liked: The breakfast was fine, though I had anticipated a greater variety and more options at the breakfast bar. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I did not like my room, although it was spacious, and the bathroom and the room area needed an urgent renovation. And there was also a strange, unpleasant smell in the room.

Great value with comfortable rooms...

Liked: The room was comfortable and had a large bathroom. Good location and fantastic breakfast. Best breakfast we have had at a hotel. Very pleasant and professional staff. We liked how quiet the room was as well. You can walk to the main museums but there are no restaurants or bars in the area, which is a bit of a drag.
Disliked: We could not get our room key to lock the door even though after asking more than once someone showed us how to use it. We thought that might be a bit better and more user friendly.
