Excellent location, but room needed...
Liked: Location , good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Bathroom needs a walk in shower, as the bath is not stable and there is nothing to hold onto when stepping out of a slippery bath. The shower head also needs fixing so it doesn’t move when the waters turned on. heating/ air conditioning the is room very cold and then really hot, but unable to regulate it.

Exceptional
Liked: Great location, right next to the station, yet it was very quiet inside the rooms and the hotel. It was very cold outside but warm inside, but not too warm either, so perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the room had all we needed. Definitely would come back

Great location but electric Heating...
Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Room was too dark, the lights were with sensors and not functioning properly. AC was not working, therefore they put a electric heater in the room.

Great location, poor maintenance of...
Liked: The location was fantastic, close to the extraordinary Antwerp Central Station and many tram and bus stops. While the staff were friendly, they weren’t able to really assist with issues with the rooms over the weekend as no maintenance staff were on shift at all.
Disliked: The rooms were very tired, but clean. The worst issue was that there was no control at all inside the room for heating. It was zero outside and my room was freezing when I arrived. I tried to turn on the aircon but nothing happened. Calling reception I was told the temperature was controlled from downstairs at reception, so I asked them to put the temperature to 20C. The room became a furnace with the sink in the bathroom becoming so hot I could almost fry an egg on it. I sweltered through the night. The next morning I asked them to turn off the heating in the sink in the bathroom and they had no idea what I was talking about, so I asked them to turn it all off. The room remained a furnace the rest of my stay and the sink was literally hot to the touch, so dangerous if you have small children. Luckily for me me I had a window that could open (I’m sure it wouldn’t be allowed in other countries, but you could walk out onto the roof of the sixth floor from my window ….), but it was minus outside and about 28C inside so not ideal conditions. There was no electric kettle in my friend’s room and she was told there were none, so she staged a silent protest until one miraculously appeared. So miserly with coffee - one sachet per day - and in my room no small fridge to keep cold drinks or milk, as again only one or two milk sachets metered out, if that. When you are staying 3 or more nights in a hotel you expect to be able to, at a minimum, make tea and coffee easily and to store small items in a minibar sized fridge. Do not advertise that these things are available, when clearly they are not. The lack of any maintenance staff over the weekend to address issues was unfathomable.

Hotel staff should have proper...
Liked: Room was good
Disliked: Cleaning staff, her attitude wasn’t good. We told her to wait coz we were getting ready but she still forcefully entered the room and started changing the bedsheets. She was saying something which we didn’t understand coz of language barrier probably Dutch language
