Liked: This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff where super friendly and we all used a lot of goggle translate due to our lack of Spanish. Food was lovely views spectacular and the room massive comfortable and clean.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike about this place

Hotel in a beautiful location, but the service should be improved. Poor restaurant

Liked: The property overlooks the beautiful town of Taxco. The location is unique
Disliked: I upgraded the room I booked, but the windows couldnt be open, there was no privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The tables ware dirty and when we asked if they could clean it, they never did it. Overall the service was very sloppy and slow. The quality of the food is very mediocre.

Liked: the hotel is up on a hill outside of town and has a fantastic view of Taxco, that was absolutely the best thing about the hotel.
Disliked: the only option for eating is the restaurant at the hotel. Also the night we were there they had music in the restaurant and you could hear it everywhere in teh hotel. so it's not very soundproofed. We were in a regular room and it was fine, although not all the windows sealed perfectly so there is the possibility of mosquitos getting in. the other thing is that they make you sign a list when you check in certifying all the things that are in the room. like how many hangers, towels, etc. I think they are afraid of people stealing things. the problem is the list is only in spanish so if you don't know spanish, it's a problem.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms are very spacious, nice design, facilities and the food is great. The view from the hotel is incredible.
Disliked: A bit far away from the center and all attractions (around 15 mins by car) - but it can be a plus as well since its very quiet. Its quite easy to get a taxi though.
