Dirty hotel, unpleasant staff and unsafe area. Do not book!

Liked: Not much. The hotel and common areas look good on picture but as soon as you see things in real life, it is destroyed, dirty and falling apart. The picture don't ressemble anything like what you see there.
Disliked: Nothing is what they make it seem like! The rooms are dirty, extremely humid, with no windows or ventilation and the water doesn't work. Most of the rooms don't even have a window, despite what it looks like online. After one night, I didn't feel safe in the hotel as the area is destroyed, falling apart, desert at night and not lit up properly. Every shop and restaurant closes at 6pm. The hotel is always wide open with no security and very easy access to the rooms. The staff was not helpful and very rude. I tried asking for another room but they refused. After staying 1 night out of the 6 I booked, I asked for a partial refund and they didn't want to hear anything. They told me it was a "personal decision" for me to leave and not their "problem". Don't stay at this hotel, all the information online is a lie. The area is destroyed and very unsafe.
