Liked: Great location, room clean and liked the simple electric heating. Staff response to problems good.
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable. Housekeeping forgot to make up the room on one of the days. key had to be reset each day despite booking for three nights.

Liked: The bathroom was modern - nice walk in shower.
Disliked: The room was not made up on the second day - no housekeeping at all. No new towels, bin was full, cups dirty etc. The inability to have someone clean and make up the room when we complained was not acceptable. I had to take all the rubbish down to reception myself.
