Disliked: Had to find the WiFi for myself as receptionist wasn't sure but it was ok and only took a few minutes to work it out

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Terrible smell in the room. The window was wide open when I checked in, but somebody had been smoking in the he room then maybe sprayed something to disguise the smell which made it worse There were two ladies in the reception when I told them about the smell. They didn't bother to check it out. The bath was dirty and the tiles needed cleaning and I couldn't even get myself to have a shower and stand in that bath after an 8 hour stressful journey I felt quite sick having to stay in this room and to even have to pay money to stay there is disgusting Also the walls and ceiling were thin and the noise from the people staying in the room above made it impossible to have a restful night. I paid extra for keeping 2 tiny dogs with me which stayed in their crates which I brought with me. I have told all my friends never to stay in this place and I am obviously never coming back here I stay a lot in hotels, but this was my very worst experience ever.

Liked: Simple, staff were extra friendly and helpful. Cheap and location was good.
Disliked: Very dirty , hair from previous stay all over the bath and shower gel. rusty and dirty bathroom and generally gross. The registration detection didn’t work for my car so staff had bad time putting in my details , they detailed i may receive a fine which isn’t their fault but very inconvenient

Disliked: Rooms were very worn, bathroom floor was so rotten under the laminate it felt spongy. Horrendous smell of weed in the whole of the hallway. Mentioned to staff member who shrugged it off
