Basic but good

Liked: Location was perfect for the needs of our trip. Price was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The postcode given takes you to the services on the opposite side of the motorway, which resulted in a 15 mile round trip to get back to the correct side of the motorway.

Great value for money and...

Liked: Location was perfect for my visit. Comfortable bed,clean linen and towels. The room was clean.
Disliked: The main door lock didn’t work/lock properly which is a security issue and the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so it was always damp and smelt a bit musty. Both easy to rectify.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable and facilities were good.
Disliked: Hotel booking system malfunction meant that my check-in took almost an hour. I had to go out and seat in the car for a while. When I book an extra day, they system wouldn't let hotel staff check me in...it was requesting for some small extra money (I had already paid everything necessary online). Staff were nice but the booking system ensured I had a "below expectation" experience.
