Liked: Very friendly receptionist. You should take care of her as she is the face of your business.Quiet room.Walk in shower
Disliked: Not your fault but could only get fast food from the motorway services in the evening. Its quality was poor and it was expensive. If motorway "restaurants" spent less on advertising and more on food quality they would do more business and make more margin and goodwill. All otherwise OK

Disliked: I had dirty bedding A dirty shower floor was black when complaining I was told I can run the hall way to use a shower in another room that’s it not move us, with my child Then tried to recover it with a free breakfast after me wanting to see manager Who I was told left to go on important meetings then I seen him and receptionist in the hotel peeping out fire exit to see if I’d gone
