Disliked: Room was absolutely freezing , temperatures outside were subzero and one quite small wall heater, my son is autistic and wouldn’t cope with temperature so cold in the room. Had to get into bed fully clothed just to watch to

Liked: The property was in a good location as we were visiting Warwick and Stratford. The rooms were clean enough although only one bath towel and the hand towels didn't feel fresh.
Disliked: There was a loud disturbance around midnight which upset and frightened my daughters in Room 1. The receptionist advised when we left in the morning that some rowdy guests were refused entry back into the hotel and security were called.
