Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Liked: Close to where we needed to go
Disliked: There was cockroaches and very run down. Took pictures but hard already killed a few of the roaches that were bigger! The front desk was not professional they were on personal phone calls while checking in and out of gust. I would not stay again.

Disliked: rooms not clean - cards to get inside room deactivated our first day which was an inconvenience since we had my elderly grama wait outside the door in the cold after she walked up the stairs since there’s no elevator- overall you get what you pay for
