Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Disliked: Just one complaint the tub didn't have a plug, and water didn't get hot enough. But it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Disliked: Initially had an issue with the shower drain - but it was resolved by the Facilities personnel.

Good value, easy check-in/out, noisy...

Liked: Staff were friendly, breakfast was always fully stocked, easy to check-in and checkout. The TV let me connect to my Netflix account.
Disliked: My card key was demagnetized a few times, my smoke detector was beeping one day when I came back to my room and I just had to remove the battery until it could be fixed the next day. Though it was fixed when I returned after my work engagement the next day. And I didn't realize how noisy it was going to be so close to the highway.

Liked: The morning breakfast is one of the best in Tucson for the tier of hotel, it's always new and fresh and has great portions, the rooms are always clean and the beds are clean of anything and every stain very nice job
Disliked: The front desk staff was very rude pushy and not accommodating to your needs they looked at us as just a number and not as humans and ones with needs
