Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Passable

Was what I expected for...

Liked: Property was clean and basic. The breakfast was good. Office was helpful.
Disliked: Some weird smells in and around the property.

Customer service isn’t good and...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Loud, dirty and there homeless camp in the back parking lot. They are also not clear on their pet fees, it is $15 per pet per day. They only tell you $15 pet fee. The room was gross, the AC didn’t work, bathtub didn’t drain and any time the people above us got in the shower it sounded like the pipes were going to burst. Not to mention the paper thin walls where you can hear the people next to you using the restroom.

Unpleasant due to the dirtiness...

Disliked: The room was dirty- we found stuff on the walls, there were cigarette burns in the sheets, stains on the sheets, & a broken office chair.

Disliked: Traffic noise

The hotel was not clean...

Liked: I reserved a room with two full beds and the room was never available. When I walked in the hotel to checking at 5:00 pm . The Front desk personnel said said the room is not available and don’t know when it will be available.
Disliked: To not let me reserved a room that was never available.

Decent stay for short term...

Liked: It was pretty close to everything I needed it to be. For being a busy area it wasn't very loud at night at all.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty small and didn't have many options. The water container was empty the whole time I was there so I had to drive to Saugaro National Park or buy gallons of water while I stayed there. One of the towles in my room had a red stain on it which I didn't end up using.
