Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Disappointing

Liked: Only one staff member (Falisha) was very nice.
Disliked: Very dirty, asked multiple times to come and clean and they didn't. Towels,sheets, blankets had stains and didn't smell fresh.

Pleasant

Liked: Room size was great. Staff was friendly. No bugs!
Disliked: Suite doesn't look anything like the pictures. Furniture was old, with holes and dirty. Blankets on the bed had holes. Bathroom was not great, not super clean. Overall room is very old and dingey and looks nothing like the booking photos.

Great but definitely an OLDER...

Liked: I liked the size of the king suite. It did not have enough trash cans or a sink by the microwave and fridge but overall it was a really nice room.. be sure though that you realize that it is NOT kept up that great! Hole in the laundry closet, floor creaks, cracks in the bathroom but it was a GREAT deal for a nights stay with littles. Plus the pool was awesome!
Disliked: The staff was rude and breakfast was definitely lacking and again it was OLDER so be forewarned on things not being kept up

Excellent price, good location, little...

Liked: Nice price, perfect place to have hotel, I would have preferred carpets but I know wood is easy. A tiny bit run down on outside and room smelled of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be no smoking. Other than that though staff was super friendly and room was comfy. Very very good value and location.
