Liked: The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her and provided excellent customer service. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. The room was lovely and warm. There was plenty of hot water for a shower/bath, and all the linen was nicely laundered.
Disliked: The first room we were given was disgusting. It smelled of dirty water, felt damp and the floor was very grimy. This made me feel very unwell. Fortunately, the lovely receptionist changed our room without question, which was a relief as I would not have been able to stay in the other room.

Liked: Reception lady was very helpful as the booking was made in error on the east bound side of the A303, and she changed it over for me.
Disliked: There was a used / dirty hand towel left on the chair in the room

Liked: Excellent location at a good price. The requested travel cot wasn't in the room but was quickly provided when we arrived.
