Disliked: I was very disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the visit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. When I left the room and returned later, I was shocked to find the place messy, and the towels had not been changed, despite me expecting this as part of the regular cleaning service. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or attended to during my absence. there were serious security concerns. A homeless individual entered the property, ate breakfast with the guests, and then proceeded to sleep on a couch in the common area. No staff noticed or intervened until I raised the issue. This lack of oversight and attention to guest safety made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the unprofessional service, lack of cleanliness, and security issues.
