The only reason I wouldn't stay there again was the beds.

Liked: Clean; high security; polite staff.
Disliked: Bed were way too soft and uneven. Your head was lower than your feet. We had to sleep opposite. And the beds had no back support. When a 9 year old and 18 year old both say their back's hurt from the bed, that's a problem.

Liked: The bed was comfortable however when we requested for an extra pillow as we are 4 in the room during the night the receptionist insisted that they are not providing an extra pillow. Then the next morning, they staff have provided and we are thankful with it.
Disliked: The receptionist during the night shift was sarcastic in responding to our request.
