Disliked: The front desk was not friendly or helpful. They did not like that I made the reservation through the Booking.com. And called it "the problem"

Superb

Liked: We liked that the manager Mick went out of his way because we had a jet tub that did not work he did what he could and got us another room with no problems
Disliked: Breakfast items were short but were decent could use some attention

Very good

Liked: Everything with the room was good. Clean, comfortable bed, jetted tub. The Lady that works there is very nice and helpful!
Disliked: The man at check-in attempted to charge me a 100 dollar deposit for allegedly living within 30 miles. I live over 70 miles away. Other than that he was very nice and efficient!

Anxious.

Liked: It was very cheap. Alarm clock was working.
Disliked: Back door was broken. No security! My TV remote was not working in 213. Never felt safe here. Found a hair in sink from previous guest.

A pleasant one night visit...

Liked: It's basic accommodation at a convenient location near Houston NASA Spacecenter that was reserved at the last minute. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is clean. Included breakfast is basic and adequate. It shows that the owner is doing his/ her best for the class 3-star hotel.
Disliked: The commode is odd. As a man sits down, he better takes care of his private part, which will touch the commode inner floor. I have never seen such design.
