Liked: Are there food is intending machines?Now they do not serve breakfast anymore.Most people like to come to the motel and have a nice breakfast in the mornings.

Liked: No breakfast was provided. The breakfast was available when I booked my reservation in December - 2024. When I called 1 day ahead to confirm my reservation, I was informed by Jim Kreger, General Manager, no breakfast would be available. He indeed offered me "Texas Roadhouse" coupons for dinner which was nice. I received the offer for the coupons via text at 7:03 PM. But we were in Wausau, WI for the USBC 123rd State Bowling Tournament and our bowling time was @ 7:30 PM. Nice offer but no value to me. I was leaving the next day after I completed my bowling at high noon. I feel a small credit to my bill would be appreciated!

Liked: We loved how late the pool area was open until and it was a super clean pool/spa. Not a lot of places we’ve gone have had this area of the hotel specifically this clean.
Disliked: Once we got to the location and asked to pay with cash, we were told there was a $250 deposit to pay with cash. The complimentary breakfast is evidently no longer a thing as well, hopefully you’re not on a budget because you’ll be paying an arm and leg for just a bottle of water in their vending machines. You can purchase food/snacks here too, but it’s not cheap. Our room was also on the backside of the hotel where if you’re not from a city, the on ramp traffic onto the highway is more than likely going to keep you up! If not the traffic, then the super uncomfortable beds.

Liked: There was no breakfast- they offered that we could purchase things from a kiosk. Our room was ready when we arrived at 4:30pm, while mutiple people in front of us did not have rooms ready.
Disliked: The woman working the front desk was very sweet, but she engaged in a conversation with a very unpleasant guest about cocaine, strippers, "not going to gay bars" and other unprofessional topics in front of kids. She also loudly shared our room number which I would prefer not to advertise, especially with the company at the hotel (see first comment)
