Disliked: I asked and got a late checkout, being a regular customer. However, a cleaning lady with an ugly attitude, entered my room way before checkout time, took all my private belongings including wallet, money, credit cards and throw it in some bag, left it in laundry room. Beside all inconvenience, she was rude and aggressive. Just outrageous behavior from their staff, no one ever even trier to apologize or compensate for this humiliation. This was not a first time they behave like this. But surely the last with me as a victim.
