Wonderful stay

Liked: The hotel room seemed freshly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows also. We had a good night's sleep. We stayed here for my daughter's ACL repair the next day. It was literally 2 minutes away from Azalea Orthopedics and Baylor Scott and White Surgery Center on Golden Road. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Good pool and a comfortable...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and the pool was good for a short family swim.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little lacking but we were the only ones there so you wouldn’t ask for hot food that could be wasted.

Pleasant

Liked: The deposit for $100 seems excessive to me. I could see if I had an issue before but I have never. That should be mentioned especially since I prepaid for the room.

The pools awesome the front...

Liked: The front desk attendants all treated us very nice
Disliked: We were told there was no early admission into the rooms because the room service was behind on cleaning when we got admitted our room was filthy. The staff did their best and upgraded us without charge to cleaner room but it was beyond just cleaning it myself which I did Hairs all over the shower and in the bed sheets just disgusting
