Liked: Easily able to take our dogs ourtside.
Disliked: That the staff felt it necessary at 1:30am to call and wake us up to see if we received the food we ordered at 5:45pm. That’s a bit ridiculous. Not a specific area for dogs to go outside and the area people take there dogs to has a bunch if dog poop from the people who are inconsiderate with their dogs. Unlike I and my husband its the way it is but you charge us extra for the dogs so someone on your staff should do it regularly. My dogs are well behaved you can’t tell they were even there. But I still get charged the fee. I know there are others like me also that would appreciate a clean area to take our pets to.

Disliked: Couldn't even stay for the night, the room smelled of cigars, and about every 15 minutes a new wave of cigar smoke would roll through the room. Stayed for about 2 hours, and had to leave. Clothes and luggage smell like cigars just from being in the room for a few hours.
