Liked: I liked nothing about the property
Disliked: The property was in a dilapidated state. It felt dirty and unwelcoming.The fact that when I checked in the manager on today told me not to smoke or break anything.. When I got off the elevator on the third floor to go to my room, the hallway was filled with cardboard boxes from one end to the other. When I entered my room And went to take a shower, the tub apparently had been painted, and all of the paint was flaking off and going down the drain. It felt disgusting. The room itself had a strange smell throughout my stay. I didn’t even want to have breakfast in the morning due to how disgusted I felt about the property.

Demanding a REFUND,WE WERE SCAMMED!!!
Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! 😡😡😡😡 this place should be shut down and my family should be refunded!!! We did not get what we paid for!!!!
Disliked: My family and I traveled 2.5 hours for a funeral of a relative. When we booked, we were told that we could "pay at the property." The day of our arrival, I get a declined charge for our booking! To my dismay, I contact the location to ensure my reservation still stands. Only to be told that if I did not update my card info: a.k.a pay in advance by 11a.m. then my reservations would be canceled. So I was told that I needed to pay 5 hours before check-in time!!! After reminding the gentlemen (Peter) of what the confirmation stated, he then stated to me that "I understand ma'am, but that is what the system is doing!" He also asked me what time my family would be arriving? Explaining to him that an exact time of arrival was not something I could give him since we were all departing at different times. And no hotel has ever asked that question after making a reservation anyway! He then proceeded to tell me that he would hold the reservation. Several hours later I receive a call from the property telling me that if I didn't update my card info(pay before I get there) for the second time by 6pm then they would again proceed to give away our rooms. Luckily, my family was 3 miles away, stuck in traffic. When I relayed this to the staff I was told " I understand about the traffic ma'am, but as I said:if the card info is not updated by 6pm, I will not hold the rooms any longer!" Needless to say my family arrived in time, and was told that we had to pay an extra $100 just incase anything was broken/damaged(furniture, towels, etc.), I paid for a King suite and got a Queen bed with a King size headboard, and one of our rooms had 1 queen bed and 1 pull out sofa, while we paid for 2 Queen beds! Make it make sense, please!!! There were holes in the walls,dust and mold in the bathroom in the showers, boxes blocking exits, and I entrances, and dead critters in the corners, along with God only knows what else!!!
