The pictures on the web site are not accurate at all - I wish I could post the ones I took. We paid for 3 nights and left after 3 hours - the last straw was pulling off one of the pillow cases and finding black mold on the pillow. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and, of course, the clerk, who spoke passable English when we checked in, suddenly couldn't speak nor understand a single word of it to talk about a complaint/refund - do not book here!

Disliked: Roaches in the rooms - not one, many. The room numbers were written on the wall beside the door in black permanent marker; pool has no water in it with weeds growing inside; pictures are not accurate!

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not tidy and had a bad smell. The cleanliness around the building was poor, with a lot of garbage left unattended. The towels and bed sheets were not clean, and the sheets even had cigarette burn marks. Additionally, there was no iron provided, the lighting in the room was very poor, and the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very bad place to stay, and I would not recommend it to others.

Liked: I have been searching every aspect surrounding my stay there. The only thing that went well was the staff at reception. He was quite helpful. I needed a taxi and he not only gave me a phone number, he also called the taxi for me and inform me when the taxi came.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean prior to us being there. It was smelling of cigarette smoke and the beds had cigarette ash on them.

Will never stay there again!

Disliked: Everything!! Bathroom was dirty and broken! Door had no security lock!!! Definitely not safe! There was NO breakfast!! They put out a fruit bar and a frozen corn dog!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Disliked: the rooms were dirty the place was horrible roaches and food on the floor as if they didn’t even sweep the bathroom wasn’t usable. someone made the reservation for me and uber refuse to drive to front door due to area there is no where in walking distance to eat food we tried getting another hotel but everyone was booked due to numerous events in the area this place doesn’t deserve a 1 its a 0 . we had to move the bed away from the walls so the roaches wouldn’t get on us we was even afraid our luggages would have roaches and we was only staying for one night

Liked: Very dirty mattress had hole Bath tub especially outside very very dirty including the bathroom floor and had roaches
