Pleasant

Liked: The facility was excellent, the room was good but smell like fish and the shower didn’t work well at the first day. They fixed the shower in the second day of our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was so far so good
Disliked: The smell in the room

One of the worst hotels...

Liked: Cleanliness was decent. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Many areas of the hotel were off-limits to visitors. There wasn't really a place you could just sit and hang out. I was offered a third-floor room with no direct outside access, but the lady at the front desk insisted that there are no stairs, only elevators. (Hello, fire code violation?) So I ended up with an outside-access room on the second floor. The exterior doorknob was barely functional and required several tries just to get into my room.

Disliked: Check in staff seemed disconnected, not friendly. Had to request coffee pot for room, then no condiments given for coffee.'Breakfast' consists of snack bar, yogurt, muffin.. all prepackaged. TV kept 'freezing', but repair guy was nice, helpful.

Disliked: Not enough for Breakfast, Room Bedding was very worn, you could see through the bed linen.

Disliked: You can definitely smell mold in the rooms the room was not comfortable the pillows I had to insist they change out they put a bunch of stuff inside of pillowcase and called it pillows. I called down to the front desk to figure out how to change my TV from English to Spanish and why the stations the channels were not working I was left on hold then it rained through again after I don't know about 10 minutes and she put me on hold again after about 10 minutes I went ahead and hung up and went down to speak to her and try to figure it out she told me she would send somebody probably tomorrow to figure out the TV. I was saying something and she just looked at me and answered the phone and started talking just totally blew me off which is fine I guess when I got back to the room I could not figure out the shower so rather than calling I just went back up to the front and ask her and sure enough she had a diagram that she could show me but you pull it from the bottom of the spicket so just a completely different way that I I've ever seen to turn on the shower. In the morning not that I eat continental breakfast which was I believe muffins and yogurt they ran out there was no yogurt there was no muffins.
