Gross and dingey

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The room was dingey and dirty. Stains on everything, including furniture, walls, and ceiling. The toliet moved when I sat down( I weigh 150, this should not happen.) Mildew/mold on all the cauk in the bathroom, bathtub was clearly not cleaned. The TV stand was stabilized by a large amount of cardboard under one leg. This was supposed to be a kind sweet and was more like a low income, non kept apartment. Super disappointing.

Disliked: Toilet seat and tub was filthy, questionable mold on wall above tub surround, bathroom door didn’t close, portion of wall was sawed out and drywall was removable and revealed plumbing, tv was fuzzy/pixelated, tv in “living room” area didn’t work, no lock or screen on window, pillow had strange smell (urine), carpet under sink was coming up, questionable red splatters on wall next to sink, questionable brown smear mark on wall next to tv, phone in room didn’t work.
