Terrible

Liked: It was not very busy. I asked for a quiet room and was put right next to someone. They were smokers and were in and out all night on the balcony smoking. When out there they talked loudly, slammed the door when coming in to there room. Earlier there were young children in their room until about 11 pm and they were noisy. Then the adults were talking very loud and at 2 a.m. I finally called the main desk. They did ask them to settle and they did at 2:30 a.m. Breakfast, we'll the eggs were taken out from the cooler and still cold, the sausage patties were still cold. The room has been re-done but no bath mat to stand on when getting out of the tub, and who nowadays has the old type of spring s from the 50's under mattresses these days, and it made a lot of noise when moving. My stay was one of the worst, and I have stayed at many hotels in the past

Liked: Just the location. Close to everything.
Disliked: Dirty. Unpleasant smell.Have to ask to replace the blanket. Staff said it was just a coffee stain. Yes. A fresh coffe stain.Curtain is dirty too.No iron and board as described on the website.Hair blower not working.No trash can in the rest room.Booked for 4 but only have 2 towels and no wash cloths

Liked: Just an over night family exchange.
Disliked: Nothing really. Bed was lumpy. Pool area was nice and clean. Did not use do to weather but it was a nice place to party or relax.

Don't stay here unless you...

Liked: The sheets, pillows and towels were clean. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The rest of the room was horrible. The table between the beds looked like it had been chewed. The lamp shades were old and dirty while the lamps were rusty and dusty. The floor was dirty. The battery o. The lock had to be changed because the key wouldn't open in the morning.
