Filthy hotel

Liked: Did not like the property.
Disliked: Very dirty hotel. Hallways were dirty. Sheets had hair. Toilet had hair.

Liked: The staff was so, so, so nice and friendly.
Disliked: It was not in great condition. Like furniture and tubs in not great condition. Sheets that had worn spots on them.

Comfortable but disappointing

Liked: The location and neighbourhood was fine. The front desk staff were very nice.
Disliked: The stair carpets (we were on the 2nd floor) were thick with grime. While the carpets were vacuumed daily, no amount of vacuuming would get rid of the grime.

Bad

Liked: The staff was wonderful ,also breakfast , The beds we’re comfortable ,one of the pillows had blood on it
Disliked: Mildew on the walls mildew on the tub on the ceiling in the bathroom smelt really bad. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. Couldn’t even use Tub or shower. The toilet was so low to the floor any lower could’ve went on the floor

Disappointing

Liked: Location was close to several restaurants
Disliked: Cleanliness. There was a strong smell throughout.

Disliked: I had to ask for toilet paper towels washcloths there was no coffee no juice no breakfast sandwiches as promised at time of booking and check in
