Liked: had swimming pool/sauna
Disliked: spiderwebs on ceiling, no extra blanket in room and hate virtual manager /services. Need to speak to a real person! worse continental breakfast.

Liked: I did not like having to deal with a person on a TV to check out. It reminded me of Covid times. I like to deal with people on a face to face interaction. There was a very nice gentleman when we checked in at night but a man on a screen in the morning.

Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shower was slippery Only one grab bar. I slipped and almost fell. Had to grab onto the grab bar that was low in the tub. The hair drier didn't work. I'm a senior citizen and need the security of grab bars.

Disliked: I thought it very odd to have a person checking me in that was on a big screen monitor, not actually in person. While the process went smoothly, I like the personal touch.
