Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Shower was slippery Only one grab bar. I slipped and almost fell. Had to grab onto the grab bar that was low in the tub. The hair drier didn't work. I'm a senior citizen and need the security of grab bars.

Disliked: I thought it very odd to have a person checking me in that was on a big screen monitor, not actually in person. While the process went smoothly, I like the personal touch.

Liked: Clean bedding, last minute availability, pool open until 11pm
Disliked: Outdated and beds were definitely full size at most, not queen size. This makes a difference when you have kids! Room was too cramped/narrow for 4 ppl. Advertised cribs but did not have any available. Breakfast was sparse and the setup is strange as its just a cleared out room which was cramped with other people. For the price (even last min) this was not the best value. Also they could splurge for separate soap/body wash and shampoo/conditioner instead of combining, especially for their price point. Little things that make a big difference.
