Never returning due to front...

Disliked: If Wyndham cannot afford real live people to greet the guests at the check in, they should close their business. We refuse to be treated in the most modern way possible. What a freeky experience their front desk is. Go and try it out yourself.

Below our expectations

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Talking to a TV screen during check in was very impersonal. There was no front desk and we never encountered an employee while we were there.

Liked: The indoor pool.
Disliked: No staff members on duty overnight, which drew safety concerns for my wife or during check-in. It was a virtual check-in, which was very odd. One room smelled like urine, and the other was fine, according to my mother in law. When you went to shower, the tub continued to run water from the faucet. It wasn't like little drips. It was full on running, so about a minute into the shower, the water was up to my ankles... And the furniture was completely outdated, no update fixtures like most Days Inn.

Loud noises due to trains...

Liked: Very poor selection for breakfast. Machines out of order, unappealing all around.
Disliked: Better selections of breakfast items. Covered containers for beverages instead of being left open in fridge. Serve hot meals for the price a person pays to stay.

Ok. Not great but not...

Liked: Beds were ok
Disliked: The shower head was too high to change and it was on the most forceful pulse. The shower curtain hung too low inside the tub
