Liked: I like the manager . I've been working with him renting rooms from him for years now he's very professional and trustworthy.
Disliked: After I checked out the manager was off this day and this is the second time now that the housing staff or owner has tryd to penalize me foe no wrong doings. When I got in the room both the sink and the tub were backed up I didn't complain becuz of the great report I have with manager and it's something I can live with. Butt yesterday I see additional charges on my card one for 25,$ and another for 50$ when I called as to ascertain the reason why was becuz sink was clogged and supposedly towels were stained. I'm a retired veteran with short hair I didn't clog their pipes and I don't have anything to stain their towels. I will be talking to the manager on Saturday to see if he can figure this out. I don't like faulty fake charges being charged to my bank. This is complete fraudulent I've been coming to this hotel for well over 3 years now almost once a month because of dr. Appointments at the VA.. I hope someone can un poop this outrage. Otherwise they've just lost a client and I'll never. Get another room there again. This is the worst fraud staying in a hotel. Liked: it is close to the freeway
Disliked: the room was disgusting. the bathroom walls had spots of blood on them. the toilet seat had cigarette burns on it. the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. There was a pile of hair on the microwave. the tv didn't work. the front door had a dent in it. the room didn't look or smell clean. there was only a hafe a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The pillows were thin. there were drunk people outside my room talking loudly all night. the staff wasn't friendly. This was one of the worest hotels I have ever stayed at.

Liked: location is great. The morning staff was very friendly.
Disliked: the room did not seem as clean or kept up as it showed online. There were stains on the bed sheets and furniture. The room smelled like cigarettes. i had to buy deodorizer for the room. The owners should really invest in making the rooms looks cared for.
