Liked: Handicapped room was well equipped. Room clean, bed comfortable. Felt safe parking lot well lit. Staff friendly and helpful.

Liked: Management was VERY accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel needs some tlc. The cabinets that holds the frig was broken, the draws/door didn't work properly. Request a room on the other side, away from the main highway. Between traffic & freight trains there was a lot of noise Walls are not sound pr

Disliked: Is very cheap looking. The facilities are old and not well maintained. Looks old and dirty. A the staff is awful. They are never in the desk workings. THE ROOM WAS SMELLY. Smell like mold.

Disliked: Small room on a very busy road could hear the traffic, dog in a room nearby yapped continually

Disliked: It was old and musty smelling in my room.

Disliked: I reserved a no smoking room and was moved to a smoking room. I had 2 children with me. Also there were no elevators for folks that cannot walk up and down the stairs.
