Disliked: during our stay we had to switch rooms at 4am because the AC started to blow warm air and was making weird noises. the walls are also very thin and i don’t like how we had to talk through a screen

Liked: The check in process was easy
Disliked: The room was very stained and dirty, only came with 2 pillows, the toilet was cracked, there were bugs, the ac didn’t work properly, the headboard was stained like crazy and the sheets smelled bad it was just all around a bad experience that’s why we checked out so quickly

Liked: The heated pool was decent... The 2 tvs were good because I traveled with my son and he had his video game on 1 and I could still watch TV on the other. Staff didn't appear to speak English but there was a virtual check in kiosk which was pretty cool..
Disliked: I booked by the pictures online. I was highly upset with the fact that there was no hot tub. So if u book from pictures, THERES NO HOT TUB next to the pool. It's covered with cement now.
