Liked: Easy check in. Location was convenient.
Disliked: Staff was super rude. Room I was given me was the worst. Stains on carpet. Sofa was ripped and just all round not well maintained.

Liked: The staff overall were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Checking in the staff was friendly and fairly quick. As I was in check in and then up the elevator and the walk to my room I noticed the odor of like old towels it like a lingering mildew smell. Not overpowering but definitely present.. the room itself looks clean and is nicely furnished. But the mildewey smell was stronger in the room. I had to go downstairs twice to get a remote that worked on the TV. ( the in room phone did not work). While unpacking I notice a small bug and killed it. While sitting at the desk working I see a couple more small roaches and kill them. Then later I. The night I see a larger one on the floor that I had to step on. About 10pm at night while in the shower I see another bigger roach on the wall so I spray it down the drain. While in the shower someone uses a key and tries to open my roo my room door. I had the safety guard on the door so they actually couldn’t come inside. I quick grab my towel and go to the door and at the door is an older lady and the desk girl asking me what I am doing in this room. Then she asks me to show her a receipt. I told her to go down and look on the room record, I showed her my room key and they left! Later than night I saw several moor bugs so I keep all my personal belongings off the floor and hanging up. I informed the desk clerk when I checked out. All I got was “we are so sorry” this whole hotel experience was VERY VERY SUB PAR.. pictures are of just some of the bugs I killed after I decided to have something to show room keeping. I have videos of the big roaches crawling around but the app doesn’t allow that.

Liked: absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The property was horrible, our room outlets didn’t work we requested a new room and they said a maintenance person was going to come and fix the issue out it never got fixed so we just gave up we were charging our cell phones in the bathroom outlets there was cockroaches all over the hotel they only serve waffles for breakfast nothing else it is a very filthy facility I would definitely NOT recommend!
