Disliked: Front desk agent was rude when doing the check in.

Disliked: There was mold on the walls, the appliances were rusted, the rugs were wet and bombarded. I went to get toilet paper at the front desk and the (Indian) guy with a heavy accent told me the storage room was closed and that I had to get it in the morning. I don’t know what happened to your facilities our company books our stays with you often but that won’t be the case anymore

My expectations were low, knowing...

Liked: The staff was nice, most of the time.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was extremely dirty. My white sock got black just after a few mintues walking around. It was also wet near the AC. If I had a small kid that had to be on the floor playing, I would have asked to change rooms or to get a refund all together and move to a different hotel.

Liked: Rooms were on the ground floor.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty and smelt drank and damp. The carpet was dirty and felt damp to walk on in front of the basin (in fact being barefoot my feet were black after walking on the carpet), the toilet holder was broken and the toilet leaked around the base therefore there was always water on the bathroom floor. The coffee creamer powder was hard and lamps rusty.
