Liked: When we walked into the facility nobody not even the website said that it was under renovation. So when I booked it, I was very excited that we were going to have breakfast and that there was a pool in a hot tub. Neither was working went into the bed went into the hotel room. Only to find no furniture other than a king size bed a dresser a TV. A microwave and a small refrigerator the blinds were torn. The bathroom again the whole facility was under renovation and should have been said so on the website when being booked. There was mold in the bathroom behind the toilet.I got a rude wake up.Call with an individual parked outside my window.Blaring his music having a party

Disliked: Took my grandson here for his 6th birthday. He was so excited about getting to go swimming although when I checked in I was informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. We stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi and on top of the pool being closed, the jacuzzi in our room didn’t work either!!!! Very disappointed

Disliked: Was not as advertised. Dirty, smelled, bed sheets and pillows not changed, mold around the tub, and found cockroaches on the wall. Found the bathroom mirror was loose and ready to fall off the wall.

Liked: I got to stay 2 nights after paying for a week... got a knock on my door asking to come check my room therefore after she reviewed my room I was then told I had to leave do to the police coming to my room. I was then put on the do not rent list and never got my money back for 5 days I didn't get to stay. never called the police but if someone calls the police and it was or wasn't you we lose our room. I'm sorry but such B.S..... never was told I was on the no renters list upon when I booked a stay again for a kitchenette suite for November 27th thru December 2nd walked in and told them I booked a room and then was told I was on the no renters list.... asked about my refund and I've been getting such a big run around since and still waiting for my $643.80 for a week and still waiting....
Disliked: people should be entitled to a partial refund for what they booked bc of the police showing up 1 police officer at that. so if someone calls them you lose your room if I called them so to a situation I guess I would still lose my room.... Such Bs
