I am so sorry to report that the conditions at the hotel were so disappointing I couldn't stay. As I walked in from the outside in the stairway the smell of mold was too much. I have asthma and had a big dance competition the next day and couldn't risk being sick and unable to function. The hallways and door areas were dirty. I stay in hotels a lot in my work and have never had to refuse to stay in a building. I contacted your service and we waited on the hotel for about 10 minutes to answer with no luck. The lady said she would try them again. Now they said I would have to see if your company will reimburse my money. I sure hope so because when a hotel is listed as good and it's not, that's not fair to the public. Also when I called back and talked to the hotel lady about coming back to sign papers because of leaving she said I didn't have to and sent me a confirmation of my cancellation. She also said they were aware of the smell but couldn't get it under control. I sure hope you will do the right thing and return my money so I will continue to use your site and tell my friends how easy you are to work with. Disliked: They took my money off my card which I clicked to pay at property I called an asked them why they did it said my card was on file so I told them I was suppose to pay at property an I haven't checked in so when I come I will pay the 50 deposit I get there these people cancel my reservation said I'll get my money back in 5 days then said I can pay the 204 again which I told them my money isn't back on my card an me an my kids have no where to go an why did they cancel he said cause I called up there I said I didn't tell you to cancel anything very unprofessional

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: This place is like a homeless shelter or transitional housing unit, this is not a hotel for travelers. It was not clean at all. There were unkept people at every exit. Some smoking illegal substances, some that were not lucid, some that appeared to be disheveled or possibly under the influence.
