Disliked: This place was horrible. My daughter and I checked in and checked out within 10 mins. This property has roaches. There was a stench when getting on the elevator. It was worse on the second floor where our room was. The night stand between the beds had white dried up liquid on the sides of it. I can tell the rooms are not cleaned properly. Behind the night stand was caked up dust. You can tell they don’t vacuum behind it. It was just awful. The roaches topped it off! I contacted the hotels customer service and yet to get a response. I even contacted customer the booking apps customer service and no response. This is just horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to no one.

An OK Value for the...
Liked: Nice Bed Comfortable room. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. I'd like to see some protein, good hot coffee.The night Clerk, the night before we left, offered to make coffee earlier then usual, and he did, because I mentioned we're heading out early by 6 am. That was really appreciated.
Disliked: The spa Jacuzzi was not available the next day, though the night clerk on check in, said it was ready to use. It had an issue and they didn't seem to want to fix it. No hot water the 1st morning, the elevator broke down, but they took care of that fairly quickly.I just feel the elevator and pool, and hot water issue, and who knows what else, would benefit from scheduled service and maintenance, instead of reacting to things. Most things that went wrong, I feel could be prevented.
