Friendly staff, comfy room, pleasant...

Liked: All of the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious; especially the fluffy self-serve waffles, and the variety was appreciated. My son appreciated the heated pool, especially since it was so cold outside. Will stay again!

A great place to stay...

Liked: The pool and hot tub were very nice! The bathrooms in the pool area were also very clean. The beds were comfortable the pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy!
Disliked: The details were the only downside, the carpet wasn’t “pretty” or the furniture could’ve been nicer.

The purpose of my visit...

Liked: Location and friendly staff
Disliked: For two days and nights of the stay the hotel was crowded with seemingly unsupervised teens for a cheer competition. The guests were extremely loud, even during quiet hours. The corridors were constantly crowded and often impassable with loitering teens. Underage drinking was observed in public areas (swimming pool and spa). Police were called for disorderly conduct in the middle of the night.
