Disliked: We didn’t sleep well due to loud people around us until 4 am We desperately needed sleep that night also Made for a long drive the next day

Great place for bringing kids

Liked: The beds were so comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The hot tub jets were broken and the liner inside is coming off which looks very yucky..the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see under water and everything in the gym is soaked and broken from kids going into the gym while wet from the pool..I think it's just in a bad location. The kids loved the place, kids don't care about these things.

Disliked: The carpet wasn't vacuumed and there were chips on the carpet floor.

Big hotel, friendly service but...

Liked: Location, swimming pool and breakfast
Disliked: Large hotel, understaffed... had a bad check-in experience our two PREPAID booked rooms were the only two rooms in the hotel not cleaned for our check-in and we checked in after 6pm. We were placed on a second floor which we said was not possible but we tried to manage but were send to entrance 3 which we were not told was out of order when we all 6 of us had all our shopping bags and luggage to bring in on a windy snowy cold night going to that entrance to find out it doesnt work.. went back to lobby frozen to explain we cannot do this for the amount of people we have and the bag we must carry. they found an accomodation it was a lot better but still combersome for us when we had prepaid a drive up room. Still waiting for my email for my Wydham Points and Free night for 2 rooms. This was the same night where our night was uncermoniously interrupted by two kids deciding it was funny to pull the fire alarm around 10pm. What a night!
