Liked: The two women staff members were great help and location.
Disliked: Beds where uncomfortable, pillows where small and thin, not enough towels when entering room and roaches in the room.

Liked: I liked the location and where my room was at the top, on the corner.
Disliked: No tv available (refund some money?), staff kept saying they'll take care of it but after a week still no tv. housekeeping only took out trash and rarely replaced towels. No vacuuming or change sheets until I asked for it.

Liked: Clearly newly remodeled

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was NO breakfast served on the 20th. i was disappointed by this.

Disliked: The first room smelled like milde.The room refrigerator didn't work, the hotel icemaker didn't work. The "free breakfast" was a joke. They were 2 muffins and 2 bananas when I went down. Out of coffee. People loitering outside made us feel unsafe.
