Disliked: Everything was good.

Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance and this was never posted anywhere. My kids were excited for the pool. Also the TV remote did not work.

They have bed bugs!

Liked: It's right next to the Ren faire. That's about the only good thing you can say about it
Disliked: The room had bed bugs! They won't even refund our money after we checked out five minutes into our stay.

Depressing stay.

Liked: The location to Renaissance Faire was great
Disliked: The room was freezing when we entered after hours of being in the freezing cold. It took hours to warm up. The heater was so loud it was hard to sleep. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We used the pull out sofa for my kid and they didn’t have extra pillows. The shower was difficult to get to work and there were no USB ports for charging so our phones died. I haven’t been to a hotel in years without USB ports. The most all around outdated hotel I’ve stayed in.

In the bright side, no...

Liked: No bed bugs, the location suited my needs.
Disliked: The tub was dirty and didn't drain. I cleaned it myself. The bedding had makeup on it, but I brought my own bedding. The cable wasn working. The staff was rude and unwilling or unable to help.
