For $60, I don't expect The Ritz. But I do expect sheets without cigarette burns all over, someone to at least do a once-over with the dusting, and not every fridge I open (even after switching rooms) to have old nasty soda in them. AND after I switched rooms, housekeeping came up to ask me "what's da problem?" with the other room and were EXTREMELY rude. So between the weed smell that permeated the halls and the pool that was probably chlorinated in 2010, this place needs a fumigator and an exorcist. I've never been so disgusted. I'll never stay here again.

Rooms smelled; elevators where broken; plug outlets gave shocks; very disappointed and charged double.

Disliked: Room was horrible, bed bugs and cockroaches found in there. Stains of blood on the wall and other unknown stains on the walls and ceilings. Hole smashed in bathroom door. Used diapers in hallways and familys unclean yelling through halls. Arc'd receptacles which is a fire hazard.Did not give a full refund after showing these conditions to staff and booking.

Liked: The set up the coziness and quietness I was near the pool also the many outside food options
Disliked: Too many kids at the pool
