For $60, I don't expect The Ritz. But I do expect sheets without cigarette burns all over, someone to at least do a once-over with the dusting, and not every fridge I open (even after switching rooms) to have old nasty soda in them. AND after I switched rooms, housekeeping came up to ask me "what's da problem?" with the other room and were EXTREMELY rude. So between the weed smell that permeated the halls and the pool that was probably chlorinated in 2010, this place needs a fumigator and an exorcist. I've never been so disgusted. I'll never stay here again.

Disliked: The place was filthy. I had to clean dry semen off the wall next to the headboard because nobody would be in from housekeeping until the next morning. The roach infestation was unspeakable. I had cleaning supplies and bug spray delivered, and cleaned the place up. When I spoke to the manager at the front desk, I explained to him and the young lady at the desk what had happened, he turned to her and said "Refund her $50". I thanked them. Once I got home I saw the $50 refund for the room situation, but called because they had not returned the $60 room deposit. I called the hotel and spoke with the same young lady that was present for the conversation with the manager. She was rude saying "How many times do I have to tell you the same thing?". She was refusing to return the charged room deposit of $60 saying they already sent me $50. She said she would send an additional $10. I kept reminding her that the $50 she sent was because of the semen on the wall and the bug infestation. She kept saying that I was not going to get the room deposit back even though I left that room in MUCH better shape than I found it.

Disliked: Upon checking in the room my curtains had vomit all over them the heat registered did not work paint was falling off the walls room was very nasty went to switch to another room open the door in the room was roach infested I grabbed my things and ran out of there faster than I can blink I will not recommend this facility to no one

Cheap and dirty hotel stay.

Disliked: The entire place was filthy. My room itself had broken blinds, busted doors, and bugs in it. The main halls look as though the carpets have never been cleaned as well.
