Very pleased with our stay....

Liked: Clean and comfortable bed. Very nice room and great value!! Coffee machine in the dining area had great robust coffee!The clerk that greeted us was very nice. We arrived very late (8:30PM) from a long day which started around 4:30am, driving for 7 hours, moving into a college dorm, etc... The room we were assigned was nice, but the next door neighbor was very loud and you could hear their television thru the walls. We were ready for a hot shower and sleep, so I went back to see if we could exchange rooms and she was very accommodating. She gave us another room with a single queen instead of a king, but we didn't mind. We were very thankful for her help.
Disliked: 1. The water pressure for the water was very low. This is the second time that we stayed here and it was the same on a different room. Not sure if all the shower heads are low flow or if its a plumbing problem. Please fix this for a significant upgrade. 2. Another issue is the Roku TV was very difficult to work. I wanted to find the playoff games which was on local antenna and it was nearly impossible to find. Thank goodness I have a very patient wife which scrolled thru many channels manually to find it. The guide on the Roku stinks and does not show information about the channels. Once you select a channel and hit the guide button again it starts you back at the beginning of the channel guide... very frustrating. Sleep function is hidden in menu options. I would opt for low cost TCL televisions for the next upgrade. They are similar price to Roku and you get a real television instead of a toy. It's the little things in life which makes you feel as though you are home and not traveling. 3. Breakfast was nice. I understand not providing sausage or bacon as cost cutting measures, but perhaps changing the eggs to scrambled would be a nice upgrade which requires just a little more effort to make. Otherwise it was more than acceptable for the cost of the rooms. I really appreciate the value of service you provide for the cost. Thank you.
