We didn't even end up staying the entire night because of fear of seeing a possible bed bug. The attendant was very rude - not a good experience at all and would like a refund.

Disliked: The room was a smoking room, however it was an overwhelming smoke smell - the cords of the appliances were yellow from staining of nicotine.

Liked: Very comfortable. Great shower. Quiet room. Accommodating staff! When we had a last minute change, they worked with me. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The only drawback was that the location was not near great restaurants. However, it was very convenient to the highway

Liked: We stayed here to go to Kentucky International Convention Center.Very convenient location, close to high way exit, not too far from the convention center. . Many restaurant options around the hotel even we came back around 8pm. Also hotel stuff are very nice and friendly. We felt very welcomed.The room we stayed was very spacious.We will definitely stay this hotel again.
