Disliked: They have us a dirty room with wet towels over the bed. When I asked for a clean room, front desk was not the most friendly. Old facility with mold on bathroom. Poor breakfast.

Disliked: I don't like that exterior rooms do not have atleast a microwave and the TV did not function fully for the TV in my room

Disliked: How the front desk staff explain things. And on the app says pay when you arrive to the destination and they charge my card before I got there I try to ask questions and it’s was like I was asking something to a wall no answer or explanation at all. I think better training will make the difference

Disliked: Didn’t give enough towels and sheets for our stay. We booked the room for 6 ppl, my husband and I and our 3 boys, made sure they had a pull out couch and when we get there it’s a futon and no extra sheets or pillows. Only 3 sets of towels when there was 5 ppl and when I called to ask for more they was like I needed to bring down the towels we used for new sets! Never again!! I understand tits the days inn but not everyone is stealing towels!!!
