Clean rooms and linen. Nice breakfast. Easy to locate.

The room was dirty with stains on the couch and the towels in the bathroom. Bed seemed clean however. All of the lamps had burnt out bulbs and the toilet seat was smaller then the toilet itself. The outside is definitely not a good representation of what the inside will be like.

Disliked: The sound insulation was horrible. Kids running around in the hallway, screaming, and slamming the door until 2:00AM. The staff did nothing!

Disliked: We checked into a really dirty and run down room with an unmade bed that someone had just slept in. We were given a different room that was dirtier than the first. The bathroom shower was particularly disgusting. We went back to the front desk, checked out, then checked into a Marriott. We were told by David at the front desk that he refunded Booking and that I have to call Booking for my refund.You should know, this hotel has a very bad reputation. While on our trip we met a lot of other families who had similar experiences at this hotel. I will call for my refund but am skeptical about the process going smoothly.
