Liked: That they had a store right across the street from the hotel
Disliked: First off front desk attendant he was super rude. We get into our room and there is baby roaches in the shower then, when it was time to go lay down, the bed was super uncomfortable. They had no boxspring on the bed. The mattress was just on the bedframe. It was freezing that night outside and they had only a sheet on the bed there was no blanket or comforter I tried to call FRONT DESK TEAM and rang the bell by the front office. He never answered. We put the heater on in the room, but because there the room was poorly insulated it was freezing all night in that room. I am a front desk attendant at a hotel and this is no way to run a hotel or treat a guest. This was the worst hotel state I’ve ever had in my 43 years.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Only had one thin blanket and it was under the sheet. Had to remake my bed.

Liked: There was no breakfast available like we were told before making reservations.
Disliked: Breakfast was not available. Not even coffee. Was told to make it in our room.

Just what I needed for...

Liked: This establishment was great in every area my only complaint was that I put in for an extended time and they never acknowledged or responded to the request and the morning desk was rude when I asked Him about it.
Disliked: Comforters on the bed and better communication

Liked: It was a decent price with very comfortable pillows and an overall good value.
Disliked: I didn't like that the water pressure was extremely low. Seems to have been governed. I would have to turn the water all the way up which then made the water very hot. If you wanted a warm or cool shower you'd have almost no water pressure. Made for a bad shower on a very hot day.
