Liked: It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities. It was clean and was affordable

Room was great, plan on...

Liked: The location in Katy was convenient to where we were heading the next day. I was concerned for traffic noise but the room was actually very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and water pressure on the second floor was good. I was charged twice by accident and the front desk manager took care of it immediately.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty gross. Overcooked eggs, underwarmed sausage, and no butter just "spread". I would love to see companies start listing whats in their food so I know what allergens to avoid. The "eggs" and/or sausage made me sick.

Pleasant

Liked: Its near to my workplace and lots of good restaurant nearby.
Disliked: Carpet is wet and dirty when we arrived. Not recommended if you have family with you especially with a toddler

Could do better!

Liked: I liked that the property was right off interstate and they provided hot breakfast. Working refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: The covers were old and torn and replaced with clean, wholly, and worn cover. Sheets when pulled covers back were not clean, couch was worn with rips, bathroom door was broken.

The worst of the worst

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: This property was a filthy un sanitary place! There weee holes in the walls, good running down the walls, baseboards with let’s just say nasty stuff on them. The bed hasn’t been washed or changed! The carpet filthy food on it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned it looked like in years!

Don't stay here

Liked: The room stayed cold.
Disliked: I was doubled charged for the room. The TV stand had nails poking out of it. The floor was sticky. The front desk staff was rude- both day and night. There were homeless people just hanging out on the stairs every day and sleeping under the stairs. The bath tub spout was very loose. The fridge was very wobbly.

Bad

Liked: I was so disappointed with this hotel. After I checked out, I found that I had forgotten my Stanley thermos in the room. I didn't take it. I immediately called the front desk and said that I would come back in the afternoon to get it. There were also two bottles of drinks in the refrigerator in the room. I would take them away together. In the afternoon, I returned here, and I was shocked that no one saw my things. I need to use them every day, in addition to the room, there is my car. Did it fly away? I have stayed in too many hotels in all countries of the world, all kinds of high-end and low-end places, but I have never lost anything. I walked out of the room and got in my car. Five minutes later, I didn't find my thermos. I was very relieved and didn't go back to get it immediately. I told the front desk that I would pick it up in the afternoon. Unexpectedly, it was gone. The drinks in the refrigerator flew away with it.
