Liked: Costumer services at check in was great and easy
Disliked: Unfortunately the room was really dirty including the towels 😞😤… microwave and coffee maker were extremely dirty and I found two roaches, very disappointed.

Disliked: Let’s start off that it is hidden between two nicer hotels when you drive up you have questionable people sitting outside like they’re sitting outside at home on the patio. You have women that look like they’re street workers just standing around watching as you get your items out of your car-the place screens meth head Haven. We had the very last room in a corner that had no lights inside. The walls were dirty. Both bedspreads were stained. I had to kill gnats flying in the shower, roaches climbing on the wall and silverfish on the floor. If my husband wasn’t with me, there is no way I would’ve stayed in this place alone. I couldn’t wait for the sun to come up so I could leave.

Liked: The location is easy to get to with access to plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff is always friendly & helpful, especially when I need special requests. Breakfast is a bonus!
