The people were nice but they need to upgrade and fix the issues.

Liked: The room was cleaned.
Disliked: The breakfast sucked. They ran out of the juices. Our door to our room broke and one of the beds broke also.

Lady at desk very, very helpful. She first explained why they needed the credit card and ID due to identity theft. When I reserved the room I thought I paid it as well - she explained no, that was just to reserve. Then she told me what site I can go on to actually pay! Very helpful, so my daughter didn't have to drive back to Oklahoma at midnight. Daughter said room was very clean and nice.

Disliked: That they needed my ID and credit card - I was six hours away and rented for my daughter.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and we were not allowed to get additional towels.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Good value for the price.

i was really scared

Liked: nothing it was rancid and false advertising.
Disliked: literally was the worst hotel i’ve stayed at, unclean, hair in the sink and shower from previous people, i was so scared there were gonna be bedbugs, lice, or roaches because everything was so disgusting from the get go. we were terrified our windows for the car was gonna get smashed because of 10 people online saying that happened to them. mind you we booked this through booking.com and the pictures showed it was really nice and even had a pool. no pool (even if there was one i wouldn’t swim in it) and FAKE PICTURES.
